  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Free Return Shipping

  • ELERNEST covers the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

  • Instructions for return shipping will be provided when you request a return.

4. No Restocking Fee

  • Eligible returned items will not incur any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
